TeleConsult allows you to:
Step 1: Download MyHealth360 on your mobile phone or tablet.
Step 2: Select ”TeleConsult with a Doctor”.
Step 3: Sign up or log in to your account.
Step 4: Join the waiting room to see a doctor immediately, or schedule a same-day appointment with your preferred doctor at a timing of your choice.
Step 5: Connect with your doctor.
Step 6: You will receive your consultation summary, payment invoice and MC (if any) in-app after the appointment.
Our TeleConsult services are priced at $22 per session (with GST). Additional fees for medication and medicine delivery will be reflected in your total bill before payment.

Not all symptoms can be assessed by our doctors through video teleconsultation. TeleConsult is suitable for managing stable chronic conditions and non-emergency cases, such as headaches, cough or cold, and minor injuries.
