Who is eligible?

You can sign up for Healthier SG if you’re a Singapore citizen or permanent resident.

National enrolment programme starts from 5 July 2023

If you are:

  • Aged 60 years and above
  • A Singapore citizen or permanent resident (PR)

You will receive an SMS inviting you to enrol with a Healthier SG clinic or polyclinic using the HealthHub app. Enrolment will start for seniors aged 60 years and above, before gradually opening up to those aged 40 – 59 years.

Pre-enrolment has been ongoing from 1 May 2023

If you:

  • Are aged 40 years and above
  • Have existing chronic conditions
  • Are an existing Parkway Shenton patient with a Healthier SG-registered General Practitioner (GP)

We will be reaching out to enrol you in the Healthier SG programme. Healthier SG benefits for pre-enrolled patients will begin from 5 July 2023.

What does Healthier SG cover?

By enrolling in the Healthier SG programme, you can enjoy subsidies for health screenings, vaccinations and medical treatment at our Parkway Shenton clinics.

Healthier SG includes:

  • Free first consultation at your enrolled clinic.
  • Free nationally-recommended health screenings and vaccinations.
  • 3,000 Healthpoints (worth $20) through the Healthy 365 app after your first consultation. Healthpoints can be exchanged for shopping and grocery vouchers.

If you are a CHAS cardholder, you can opt for Healthier SG tier and enjoy higher subsidies for selected chronic medications at similar rates to polyclinics (from early 2024 onwards). You can also use MediSave to pay for the full cost of treatment without the need for cash co-payment (from early 2024).

What can I expect?

Upon enrolment:

  • You will receive an SMS from MOH if you have a registered mobile number.
  • You will also receive an SMS from Parkway Shenton confirming your registration and your appointment date.
  • Alternatively, you can also call our Healthier SG helpline or your preferred Parkway Shenton clinic to make an appointment.

Before your first appointment:

  • You will receive an SMS reminder for your appointment booking.
  • During your consultation, your family doctor will develop a personalised health plan to guide you on how to improve your health in the long run. This may include lifestyle adjustments, recommended health screenings and vaccinations. The first consultation is free of charge.

After your appointment:

  • You will receive 3,000 Healthpoints (worth $20) in your Healthy 365 app.
  • You can monitor your progress towards better health through regular check-ins with your Parkway Shenton doctor.

With Healthier SG, you can:

  • Develop a strong and trusted relationship with your chosen family doctor, who will provide personalised care for you.
  • Receive a personalised health plan that includes lifestyle adjustments, regular health screenings and appropriate vaccinations with clear guidance on how to improve your health in the long run.
  • Monitor your health progress through regular check-ins with your family doctor.
  • Get connected to activities such as fitness classes and health talks, organised by community partners such as Health Promotion Board (HPB), People’s Association (PA), and Sport Singapore (Sport SG).

National enrolment for Singapore residents aged 60 years and above starts on 5 July 2023. You will receive an SMS from the Ministry of Health (MOH) to enrol using the HealthHub app at a Healthier SG clinic or polyclinic. The enrolment process will initially focus on seniors aged 60 years and above and will gradually expand to include individuals aged 40 to 59 years.

For individuals who are our regular patients with chronic illnesses and are aged 40 years and above, pre-enrolment has already been underway since 1 May 2023.

  • For patients with chronic illness, aged 40 – 59 years, you will be contacted by our Healthier SG ambassadors for pre-enrolment.
  • For patients with chronic illnesses, aged 60 years and above, you may call our Healthier SG helpline for assistance with enrolment.

  • For eligible residents who have yet to receive the SMS from MOH, you may contact us at our Healthier SG helpline at +65 6233 9620 for assistance with enrolment.

    You may contact us at our Healthier SG helpline at +65 6233 9620 for assistance with enrolment if you belong to any of the categories below:

    • Residents who have received the SMS invitation from MOH for Healthier SG enrolment.
    • Residents with chronic conditions aged 40 years and above who have yet to receive the SMS invitation from MOH.
    • Residents aged 40 years and above who reside in the same residential household of a resident who received the SMS invitation from MOH.

    Only eligible patients with chronic conditions can register during the pre-enrolment period.

    Regular patients within the eligible age groups will be progressively invited to enrol for Healthier SG via SMS from the MOH from July 2023.

    A well resident above the age of 65 years old who has yet to receive the SMS invitation should wait for the SMS invitation from MOH.

    The Ministry of Health’s Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) covers the following 23 chronic diseases:

    • Diabetes mellitus / Pre-diabetes
    • Hypertension
    • Hyperlipidemia (lipid disorders)
    • Stroke
    • Asthma
    • Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
    • Schizophrenia
    • Major depression
    • Bipolar disorder

    Yes, with the consent of your family members, you can be given access to help them enrol for Healthier SG. You may also view their health plans on the HealthHub app.

    If you wish to reschedule your appointment:

    • Call our helpline at +65 6233 9620.
    • Call the clinic that you have booked your first appointment at.

    Yes, you can change your healthcare provider via HealthHub (from July 2023), or call MOH at +65 6325 9220.

    To change your preferred Healthier SGclinic via HealthHub, click on the “3 dots” located at the top right corner of the section in the Heathier SG ‘Enrolled Clinic’ tab.

    If you have not gone for the first Health Plan consultation, there is no limit to the number of times you can change your primary care provider via HealthHub.
    Once you have completed your first Health Plan visit, you may change your healthcare provider up to 4 times, till end 2024. Thereafter, you are allowed to change only once per calendar year.

    Yes, you may withdraw consent from Healthier SG at any time by calling the MOH call centre at +65 6325 9220. By doing so, you will be excluded from the Healthier SG enrolment exercise and will no longer be entitled to Healthier SG benefits.
