Rachel Tay is a senior dietitian at Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore.

Formerly the lead renal dietitian at her previous workplace, she specialises in renal nutrition and has more than 10 years of experience in critical care, education and public health nutrition.

Rachel received specialist training in renal nutrition under the Eastern Health Alliance HMDP fellowship at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and St George Hospital in Australia.

Upon her return to Singapore, she collaborated with renal physicians to start a haemodialysis clinic. She was also an active volunteer facilitating weekend community nutrition programmes (ECHO) for the Eastern Health Alliance.

Rachel is an accredited dietitian with the Singapore Nutrition and Dietitics Association, and a certified Nutrition Support Clinician with the National Board of Nutrition Support Certification, USA.
