Dr Nicole Soh graduated from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom in 2016. She also obtained a graduate diploma in family medicine at the National University of Singapore in 2025. She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians, United Kingdom.
She previously worked as a resident physician at SingHealth polyclinics and was part of the pioneer team in setting up and launching Tampines North Polyclinic. While at the Tampines North Polyclinic, she was involved as a representative in several workgroups such as in patient safety and infectious disease. She was also the co-lead for the Ministry of Health’s initiative Primary Tech-Enhanced Care (PTEC) Programme at the polyclinic.
Dr Soh has nearly five years’ experience in polyclinic practice, delivering comprehensive acute, chronic and preventive care to a diverse patient population.
What motivated you to pursue a career in medicine?
I chose a career in medicine that is driven by my passion in helping others. This commitment motivates me to provide my patients with compassionate, patient-centred care every day.
What do you find most rewarding about being a doctor?
What I value most about being a doctor is the privilege of making a real difference. Whether it’s helping someone heal, providing reassurance or simply being present when they need support, these moments further reinforce my purpose and passion that led me into medicine in the first place.

Lead a balanced lifestyle by staying active, eating healthily and managing stress well.
